A bit about me…

I'm Alex Hanlon, a GP with a special interest in child health and mum of two.

I graduated with distinction from King's College London Medical School in 2013. I qualified as a GP in 2018 and have worked at surgeries across Gloucestershire.

In 2020, I gave birth to my first daughter and that's when my training became even more useful. I couldn't get her to sleep through the night, but at least I knew what to do when she had jaundice or chicken pox!

I created Tot Health with the aim of giving expectant parents or parents of young children similar confidence managing the most common health problems their under 5 will throw at them - think of it as the health instruction manual you wish all babies and young children came with.
